Accu-Seal®
is a CNC cam-free non-round machining process. Rings are machined to
the highest degree of circularity and perpendicularity assuring the
best possible seal. |
| With Accu-Seal®, the ring free gap
can be infinitely varied to obtain any amount of ring tension when
installed in your cylinder. Features like chamfers, radii and O.D.
profiles including tapered faces, scraper grooves, barrel faces and
oil grooves can also be provided. Rings produced with Accu-Seal®
plus the joint design and material for your specific application
make an unbeatable piston seal. |
