We offer a full-service repair for your hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, valves and components. Our team specializes in the removal, tear-down, diagnoses and repair of your air and fluid power products. All of our repairs are expertly inspected, cleaned, assembled and tested by our trained and knowledgeable staff to ensure proper function of your component.
To minimize downtime, our Journeyman machinists and full CNC job shop are able to fix or make new machined parts such as rods, glands, pistons, tubes etc. We have added our in-house Sunnen hone and polishing lathe for high quality surface finishes. To respond to repairs timely, we have added these amenities to minimize turnaround time and reduce downtime.

Hydraulic Cylinder Repair and Services Warranty
Hydra-Seal, Inc. warrants its manufactured, repaired cylinders and machined components will be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of shipment if performed per estimate. Defective products will be subject to inspection and at the discretion of Hydra-Seal, Inc., will be limited to repair, replacement, or credit based on the results of our evaluation. The warranty does not apply to cylinders and components which have been subject to improper application, installation or improper operating procedures. Hydra-Seal, Inc. will not be liable for any labor costs for removal, installation, lost time, lost profit, incidental or consequential damages, direct or indirect.
This warranty is the only warranty applicable and excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
